BioMy name is Anne, and I'll be using this journal to document my sleep patterns. I've noticed that as of recently, I have been suffering from sleep paralysis on a daily basis, and have found a little comfort in documenting what happens here.
This Journal is open to the public, so that anyone who has suffered, or suffers, with this knows they're not the only one. Though I'm just putting it out there that it may be quite boring to read, haha!
